Fudge Sauce

Fudge Sauce

1 x 170g can evaporated milk
50g plain chocolate
50g soft brown sugar

Place the ingredients in a small pan and heat gently, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with ice cream.

Makes 250 ml
