Chocolate Sauce

Chocolate Sauce

175g plain chocolate, chopped
250ml milk
1 teaspoon coffee granules
50g soft brown sugar

Place all the ingredients in a small pan and heat gently until melted. Stir well and simmer. uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with vanilla, coffee or chocolate ice cream, or profiteroles.

Makes 450ml
