1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
Mix all this together really well.
Add 2 cups plain flour. Mix again.
In another bowl mix:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup cornflakes
250g salted peanuts.
Add first mixture to second mixture and mix really well with a spoon. Put teaspoonfuls onto tray lined with baking paper.
Bake about 20 minutes at 180c till golden. Cool on wire cooling rack.
