Patty Cakes
125g butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups SR flour
Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla, than add beaten eggs.
Fold in flour and milk.
Mix well.
Pour into patty pans (24 small).
Bake on moderate (180) oven 10-15 mins.
