2 tablespoons grated onions and grated carrots
1 egg, beaten
180g can tuna in springwater, drained and flaked
30g Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tablespoons plain flour
1. Cook and mash the potatoes.
2. Stir the grated onion and carrot into the hot potatoes.
3. Combine the egg, tuna and cheese with potato mixture.
4. Cool well then shape into patties and roll in the flour.
5. Cook slowly in a lightly greased non-sticking frying pan until golden on both sides, turning once.
