Brandied Steak and Mushroom Pies
1 tablespoon oil
200g steak, finely chopped
200g mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon cream
1. Heat oil in a Skillet, add steak, cook until browned.
2. Add mushrooms, brandy and cream. Cook and stir for approximately 5 minutes or until mixture thickens; cool.
3. Make pies as per instructions.
