Double Chocolate Cake

Double Chocolate Cake

125g butter, softened
3/4 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
2 Tablespoons custard powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup water

1. Turn oven to 180c.
2. Grease a 23cm cake tin.
3. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, flour, custard powder and cocoa.
4. Add water; beat for 2 minutes on low and then 4 minutes on high.
5. Spread evenly in tin and bake for 40 minutes.
