2 cups SR flour
1/2 teaspoons bi-carb soda
1 1/2 cups water
oil for deep frying
# Sift flour and bi-carb soda into bowl; add water and mix to a smooth batter.
# Peel bananas, cut into three. Roll lightly in flour.
# Drop banana pieces into batter, drain off excess batter.
# Deep fry in hot oil until it is golden brown.
# Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
# Serve hot with ice cream.
