Cherry Peppermint Slice
2 Cherry Ripe bars(chopped)
2 peppermint crisps (chopped)
1 packet Marie biscuits (crushed)
1 tin of condensed milk
1 Tbsp cocoa
coconut for rolling in.
1. Mix chocolate bars, biscuits, condensed milk and cocoa together.
2. Divide into 3, roll them out into logs about 1-2cm thick.
3. Roll each in coconut.
4. Roll in aluminium foil and set in the fridge if you need them that day…OR Roll in aluminuim foil and place into the freezer.
5. Take them out about 5-10 minutes before needed, and cut into slices to seve.
