1 pkt nice biscuits
250g cream cheese
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp gelatine
1/2 cup condensed milk
1. Grease tray.
2. Line tray with biscuits placing them face down.
3. Mix gelatine in cup with 1/4 cup of hot water.
4. Soften cream cheese in a large bowl with wooden spoon.
5. Add condensed milk, gelatine & lemon juice.
6. Beat till smooth.
7. Whip cream, fold into mixture.
8. Pour over biscuit lined tray.
9. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
10. Refrigerate till set and cut into squares.
