2 X 250g cream cheese
200g Toblerone, melted (+ extra for garnish, not melted)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup plain choc biscuit crumbs
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup thickened cream
1. Mix biscuits crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lightly greased 22 cm springform pan. Chill
2. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer for 2 mins or until smooth. Add sugar, melted Toblerone and cream, continue to beat until combined.
3. Pour into pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
