1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup self-raising flour
125g butter, melted
395g tin condensed milk
170g tin passionfruit pulp
1. Mix together sugar, coconut, flour and butter.
2. Press into lined 22cm square tin.
3. Bake at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Cool in tin for 15 minutes.
5. Combine condensed milk and passionfruit and pour over cooled base.
6. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until topping is just firm.
7. Chill until set.
