Peppermint Ice Cream
1 chilled can Carnation Evaporated Milk (freeze for up to 3 hours)
1/2 cup Sugar
1 drop Peppermint Essence
Green food colouring (use as many drops as needed to get the required colour)
Beat the first 4 ingredients together until very stiff.
Add Choc Chips.
Place in chilled 2 litre container and freeze.
