All Recipes Beef/Veal



500g lean minced beef
1 med carrot (grated)
1 zucchini (grated)
1 med onion (grated)
Large sprig parsley (chopped)
1 cup breadcrumbs
Quarter cup BBQ sauce
Quarter cup tomato sauce
1 egg
Good sprinkle mixed herbs
salt and freshly ground black pepper
A little olive or canola oil

Combine mince with grated vegies, sauces, egg and three quarters of the breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
When well combined, place in a greased loaf tin, sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs and a little more mixed herbs, drizzle with a little oil.
Bake in a moderate oven (160-180) for 50 mins.
