Chocolate Cake

1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water

Mix dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and microwave on medium high for 7 minutes or for oven 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees in a 20cm cake tin.
