Triple Choc Brownies

Triple Choc Brownies

125g butter, chopped
200g dark eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 1/4 cup (185g) plain flour
150g white eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
100g milk eating chocolate, chopped coarsely

1. Preheat oven to moderate (180c or 160c fan forced). Grease deep 19cm square cake pan; line base and sides
2. Combine butter and dark chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat until melted. Cool 10 mins.
3. Stir in sugar and egg, then flour; stir in white and milk chocolates. Spread mixture in pan.
4. Bake about 35 minutes or until mixture is firm to touch. Cool in pan. If desired, sprinkle with icing sugar before cutting.
