Hot Chocolate Sandwich
Cut a brioche loaf into 8 x 1 cm thick slices. Place 250g dark choc bits in a microwave-proof bowl and cook on high for 1 minute until partially melted. Spread the chocolate evenly over 4 brioche slices. Top with the remaining slices to form 4 sandwiches. Whisk 4 eggs with 1/2 cup milk. Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture. Melt 20g butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes each side or until golden brown. Cut into halves then dust with icing sugar.
