Age: 10 months +
2 tablespoons grated onion and grated carrot
1 beaten egg
Greenseas 180g tuna in springwater (drained and flaked)
30g grated cheese
2 tablespoons plain flour
Cook and mash potatoes, stir in onion and carrot. Combine egg, tuna and cheese with potato mix. Cool well, shape into patties, roll in flour.
Cook in frypan until golden, turning once.
