Age: 10 months +
1 x 180g can of Greenseas Tuna in Springwater or 1 x 210g Greenseas Pink Salmon
large potatoes – cooked and mashed until smooth
2-3 spring onions
4 diced cherry tomatoes
1 can sweet corn kernels
Add the Tuna or Pink Salmon to the mashed potatoes.
Add 2-3 finely chopped spring onions and a tablespoon of fresh chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly and then shape into small balls about the shape of a large walnut.
Spray a fry pan lightly with oil and cook quickly until golden brown, turning from time to time. Allow to cool before serving with diced cherry tomatoes, sweet corn kernels.
