DOG Nog
1 cup low fat milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh ricotta
In a mixing bowl combine milk, egg and honey. Whisk vigorously until mixture is frothy and slightly thickened.
Pour into your dog’s bowl and place a dollop of ricotta in the centre.
