395g can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup self-raising flour, sifted
125g butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons cocoa
250g dark chocolate, chopped
Icing sugar for dusting
1. Preheat oven to moderate, 180C. Grease a 20 x 30cm slice pan and line base and sides with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl combine condensed milk, flour, butter, sugar, coconut and cocoa. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
3. Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle chocolate over. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm.
4. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
