Cheesy Potatoes and Ham
Makes 4-6 Servings
6 Cups sliced, peeled potatoes
2 1/2 cups cooked ham/bacon, cubed
1 1/2 cups shredded/grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
375ml can cream of mushroom soup
1. In a slow cooker, layer 1/3 of the potatoes, 1/3 ham/bacon, and 1/3 cheese, repeat two times.
2. Combine soup and milk. Pour over ingredients in the slow cooker.
3. Cover, cook on high for 1 hour, reduce to low for 6-8 hours, or until potatoes are soft.
