White Choc Macadamia Slice

1 and half cups of crushed sweet biscuits
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
125g melted butter
1 family block of white chocolate
400g condensed milk
A small block of white chocolate

Break up family block of white chocolate into bits no bigger than say your thumbnail. Put this into the freezer and freeze for at least an hour but overnight is best.
Lightly grease a slice tin and then line with greaseproof paper. Pre heat oven to 180c (160c fan forced).
Combine all the dry ingredients. Pour in the butter and condensed milk and stir it in.
Then mix in the frozen chocolate.
Spread evenly in the tin and bake for 30 minutes.
Let it cool.
Melt the extra small block of chocolate. Drizzle this over the cooled slice.
When the chocolate is set cut the slice up and enjoy!
