Passionfruit Butter

12 passionfruit
3 eggs
90g butter
1 1/2 cups sugar

Place fruit pulp in double saucepan; add well-beaten eggs, butter and sugar. Cook over boiling water 20 minutes or until it thickens.

Seal while hot.

    i have tried for a while to find good old rustic recipes that are wholesome, flavoursome and dont cost and arm and a leg to find the ingredients.
