Sticky Rice with Coconut and Mango
1 ripe mango
2 cups sticky rice
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp sugar
Soak the rice for 3 hours in plenty of water. Drain and rinse.
Steam in a steamer for about 20-30 minutes, until more see-through and sticky.
Peel the mango and slice in thin strips.
Heat the coconut milk and dissolve the sugar in it. Poor over the rice. Serve the rice with the mango on top.
