Meatloaf

Meatloaf

500 g of mince
1 finely diced onion
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt
pepper 1/2 tsp
1/2 cup grated raw carrot
1/2 cup diced bacon
2 tbsp tomato or BBQ sauce
1 tsp of beef stock powder

Put in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Put in a loaf tin and bake for 40 mins at 180 degrees.

Serve with mashed potato and green beans or vegies of your choice.
