Chicken and Cheese Balls
Age: 10 months +
500g minced chicken
200g cheddar cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 Tbsp fresh parsley
1. Mix chicken, cheese, egg and parsley in a bowl.
2. Mould the mixture into small balls and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick pan and cook the balls over a medium heat until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
4. Let balls cool and serve with dipping sauce like Tomato Sauce or plain yoghurt.
Serve with a range of vegetables such as carrot sticks or broccoli florets.
