Herbed Honey Rissoles

500g minced beef
1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
2 tablespoons cream
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 chicken stock cubes, crumbled
1/2 cup stale breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
oil for shallow frying

Combine all ingredients (except oil) in bowl. Shape mixture into rissoles/hamburgers. Shallow fry in hot oil or barbecue until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.

Serve with Salad or Hot Vegies. They are also great cold on sandwiches the next day.
