Fudge Brownies

1 cup plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup cold water

Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
Pour into greased 13″x9″x2″ pan and bake at 160C for 30 minutes..
Cool in pan and then cut into squares.
