Chocolate Fudge Puddings
125g butter
125g dark chocolate
Place chopped butter and broken up chocolate in a bowl and microwave on medium for 1-2 minutes until melted. Stir.
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons plain flour
Mix the above 3 ingredients together and then add to chocolate mix. Pour into 4 small ramekins and bake in moderate oven (180) for approx. 20-25 mins.
