250g Arnotts Chocolate Ripple biscuits, finely crushed
395g can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 cups coconut
1. Place biscuit crumbs in a large bowl and add condensed milk and cocoa, stirring until well combined;
2. Roll Tablespoons of mixture around each Malteser, then roll balls in coconut.
3. Place balls on a large tray and chill until firm.
