Baby’s First Fish (Age: 7 months +)

Baby’s First Fish

Age: 7 months +

1 small fillet of fish, no bones
1 cup of baby’s milk or water
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Dice fish, add to milk. Add parsley. Simmer briefly until tender. Cool and then mash.

Check to make sure that there are no bones.

Serve with mashed vegetables.
