Shallot and Cheese Scones
2 Cups Self Raising flour
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 C milk
1/2 C water
Finely chopped shallots (diced as fine as you can)
Good handful grated tasty cheese
Pre heat oven to 220’c. Sift flour, pepper and salt into a bowl. Rub in butter. Stir in cheese and shallots. Make a well in centre and add milk and water. Combine to a dough and shape. Bake for about 12 minutes.
