300ml cream
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Whip the cream until it holds shape; add (sifted) flour, baking powder and salt. Mix with a fork, and then knead for about 1 minute.

Lay out on a baking sheet and cut into circles (can use cup, cookie cutters etc).

Bake at 190’C for 12 minutes or until lightly brown.
