Ice-Cream

1 x 400g can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs separated
300ml cream

Beat the condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla essence for 3 minutes. Whip the cream until thick; and whisk the egg whites until very stiff. Fold all three mixes together then pour into a chilled container and freeze.

Makes about 2 Litres
