1 cup plain flour
1 cup SR flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated/shredded coconut
1/3 cup pure cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups melted butter or margarine
Sift flours and cocoa. Add remaining dry ingredients and combine. Melt butter and stir into dry mix. Add a bit at a time, you may not need it all. Press into a lined slice tin and bake for approx 40 mins in a mod oven. It is ready when it starts to come in from the sides of the tin. Allow to cool completely (it will harden on cooling) ice with chocolate icing, and sprinkle with extra coconut. Place in the fridge or freezer until icing is set. Cut into squares.
