6-8 pieces chicken (approx 1kg)
2 stalks celery
1 can soup (400g) see below
1 chicken stock cube
2 teaspoons parsley
Preheat oven to 180C.
1. Chop onions, celery and parsley. Open can soup.
2. Place in casserole dish. Add chicken pieces.
3. Add onions and celery and stir well.
4. Add crushed garlic, crushed stock cube and soup.
5. Cover and bake in a moderate oven 1 hour or until tender.
