1 tbsp kick-start oil (or canola oil)
1 onion, finely diced
500g lean beef, sliced
500g frozen stir-fry mixed vegies
1 cup bean sprouts
3 shallots, finely diced
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup salt reduced soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
coriander, for garnish
rice, for serving
1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir fry onion for 1 minute.
2. Add beef, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
3. Toss through the frozen vegies, sprouts and shallots, then add the oyster, soy and chilli sauces.
4. Stir-fry for a further 2 minutes then serve immediately with Doongara or Basmati or brown rice. Garnish with fresh coriander.
