Apricot Porridge

Apricot Porridge

125 ml boiling water
10 dried organic apricots, finely chopped
60 g oats
125 soy/oat/rice milk

# Pour boiling water over apricots and soak for 1/2 an hour.
# Put all ingredients in a saucepan, cover, and heat gently for 5 minutes, until mixture is thickened.
# Puree in blender.

Note: Can use any dried fruit to replace apricots.
