Alu Tikki

4 boiled Potatoes pealed and mashed
5 slices of bread
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying

1. Wet the bread in water and Squeeze out the water.
2. Mix it well with the mashed potatoes.
3. Add the cumin seeds chillies and salt to the mixture.
4. Make heart shape balls of the mixture.
5. Fry in the oil till golden brown.
6. Serve hot with tomato sauce or bread.
