Age: 8 months +
1 slice mango, washed, skin removed
1/3 banana, washed, skin removed
2 tbsp high-fat (above 3%) plain yogurt
1 tbsp unsweetened apple juice (approx)
In a small bowl, mash mango and banana with fork. Using blender or food processor, puree fruit, yogurt and juice. Serve immediately, before the banana turns brown.
