Strawberry Crackles
Makes 31 crackles
4 cups of Rice Bubbles
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
40g coconut
3/4 cup Strawberry Nesquik
250g melted copha cooled
Combine Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, Strawberry Nesquik and coconut in a large bowl add copha and mix well. Place paper cups into patty cake tins and spoon mixture evenly into paper cups. Decorate each crackle with 100’s and 1000’s or chocolate dots.
