Milo Biscuits

Milo Biscuits

125 g butter
1 cup caster sugar
1 1/2 cups self raising flour, sifted
1/4 cup Milo
1/4 cup sultanas (optional)
1 egg, beaten

1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add egg and the Milo, then the flour.
3. Fold in the sultanas if desired.
4. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

The mixture may be a little ‘crumbly’ in texture. This is normal – just roll into balls and flatten slightly with back of fork before baking. You can use malted or regular Milo in this recipe
