Plum Jam

Plum Jam

Makes about 4 cups

2kg plums, washed and stoned
3 cups sugar

1. Bring plums and sugar to the boil in a saucepan, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
2. Boil, without stirring, until jam gels (a small amount will wrinkle when cool). Pour into warm sterilised jars. Seal well.
