12 prepared sweet pastry cases
1/2 cup prepared fruit mince
1/2 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
prepared fondant icing
food colourings and decorations
1. Arrange pastry cases on a baking tray. Bake according to packet directions.
2. Combine fruit mince with apple and sauce. Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of fruit mince into each pie case.
3. Colour fondant as desired. Roll out. Cut into festive shapes. Place onto mince pies with other decorations of choice.
