Mars Bar Slice
3 cups Kellogg’s rice bubbles
3x60g MARS bars, chopped
1 teaspoon golden syrup
150g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
1. Place mars bars in heatproof bowl with butter and golden syrup. Microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes or until mars bars are melted. Mix until smooth.
2. Stir in Kellogg Rice bubbles and press mixture firmly into a greased, foil lined 20cm square cake pan. Place in refrigerator until firm.
3. Place chocolate pieces in a heatproof bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted, stirring occasionally. Stir until smooth. Spread over slice and refrigerate until firm. Remove slice from the refrigerator about 1 hour before cutting into squares with a warm knife.
