1 lamb shank
# SautÃ© finely chopped onions with a little olive oil. Add lamb shank. Do not brown onions though.
# Add water to cover shank and simmer for 3 hours. Yep! 3 hours. You want it to be really tender that it falls off the bone. Add water as you go if needed.
# Chop up all vegies, add rice and add to the lamb shank. Simmer until vegies are tender.
# Take out lamb shank and shred all meat off the bone and mix with veggies.
# Depending on your bubs taste you can mash veggies, leave them as they are or puree with a processor.
# You can use this method with all meats except chicken won’t need to be cooked that long.
