Impossible Turkish Delight Pie

2 cups milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup caster sugar
100g unsalted butter, melted
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp rosewater essence
2 x 55g Turkish Delight bars, chopped
Icing sugar mixture, to decorate

1. Grease an ovenproof dish (8-cup capacity).
2. Combine milk, coconut, sugar, butter, eggs, flour and essence in a large bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Turkish Delight pieces. Place dish on an oven tray.
3. Cook in a moderate oven (180C) for about 45 minutes, or until set. Stand for 30 minutes before serving.
4. Serve pie dusted with sifted icing sugar mixture.
