Baked Mars Bar Cheesecake

Baked Mars Bar Cheesecake

Base :
1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Filling:
2 x 250g KRAFT PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
3/4 cup castor sugar
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 cup sour cream
3 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
4 regular mars bars – cubed

1. COMBINE biscuit crumbs, and butter. Press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan. Chill.
2. BEAT Philadelphia Cream Cheese until smooth, add castor sugar, cornflour, sour cream and eggs, beat well.
3. Add chopped mars bars and stir through.
4. POUR into prepared crumb crust and bake in oven 160C for 60 minutes. Allow to cool in oven. Chill for 2 hours.

  1. I followed the instructions/ingredients perfectly…but it still didnt set! Cheesecake pudding didnt have the same effect:(

  2. This was a delicious recipe, and everyone loved it! I ended up baking it for an extra 10-15 mins (checked it every 5 mins). Will use more biscuit next time though as felt that it needed a deeper base and not as much butter.

  4. I made Mini Cheesecakes, Used Muffin patty pans in tins then peeled them off when cold. Put them in the oven for 20 mins, It made 20 Mini Cheesecakes which everyone LOVED. Thanks for the Recipe 🙂

  7. I used the Turkish delights with a Greek yogurt icing and topped with pistachio nuts for a Lebanese themed dinner., it was really good..
