All Recipes Dips, Fondue, Pate



2 ripe avocadoes
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp lime juice
2 chopped chillies (red or green)

Peel the avocadoes and place the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash well with a fork.

Mix in the chilli, garlic, lime juice and sour cream and whisk together until relatively smooth. Use a Bar mix type tool for this or a blender if you can be bothered doing the dishes.

Spoon into a bowl and serve with corn chips, carrot slices, celery slice, crackers, etc.

Variation: Add diced tomato and onion for a salsa style Guacamole.
